Identity design concept for running club.
The main goal of the design was to create a memorable style that evokes associations with sports or popular related gadgets, and application interfaces. In doing so, it was vital not to resort to selecting visual images which are overused in promotional materials about running.
The style is based on bright neon colors and graphic elements that we are used to seeing on running gadgets: arrows and lines indicating time periods etc. The basis of the poster design construction is the commonly used format in applications for running, where you usually have a map or route information at the top, and sections with information about the race and metrics at the bottom. The combination of a color palette, minimalistic graphics, and photographic materials creates memorable images and the right vibe.
